Abdul Moeez - Founder 

A resident of Model Town, Lahore, with a background in Sociology, Moeez has always been drawn to the intricacies of life and meaning. His search for beauty has led him to a passion for gardening and enhancing living spaces through the addition of greenery. Encouraged by his fellow students and professors at LUMS, Moeez transformed his interest into a commercial venture, built on the ethos of adding value to people’s lives through the aesthetic and therapeutic benefits of plants.

His expertise spans eco-conscious design, urban greening, and environmental education, inspiring individuals and institutions to embrace nature as a vital part of daily life.

Through hands-on workshops, innovative landscaping solutions, and community-driven initiatives, Abdul Moeez continues to redefine how we interact with our environment—one garden at a time.

Umair Asif - Co-founder and Managing Partner

A sports enthusiast and military brat who found his way to business studies at LUMS, Umair Asif brings his dynamic energy and strategic mindset to Baghban. As a Business Development Executive, he nurtures relationships and cultivates growth—just like a well-tended garden. A big-time foodie with a deep appreciation for nature, Umair believes that, much like a thriving plant, a successful business flourishes with the right care, strategy, and environment.

 

 

Talha Aman - Chief Architect

An architect from NCA, Talha Aman’s fascination with plants began through the art of drawing—sketching curling vines and broad leaves, from Mughal-era motifs to modern design elements. This passion seamlessly translates into his role as the lead architect and CAD artist on our team. Whether it’s designing a walkway, a garden layout, or a custom grill, every detail passes through Talha’s sketchbook, ensuring precision, beauty, and harmony in every project.

Ahmed Ayan – Co-founder and Head of Growth & Strategy

Ahmed Ayan is a business school senior at LUMS with a deep-rooted understanding of the local Pakistani market, thanks to his business family background.

From a young age, he was immersed in different industries, learning firsthand about manufacturing processes, operational challenges, and market dynamics.

His keen eye for detail and natural ability to build strong relationships make him a sharp strategist, especially when it comes to working with investors—both local and professional. Beyond business, Ahmed has an intuitive grasp of how industries operate, allowing him to navigate complex environments with clarity and precision. His approach isn’t just about numbers and strategy; it's about understanding people, opportunities, and the ever-changing landscape of business.
